March 17 , 2010 - Open Ostara Ritual (Bring a DISH)
Merry Meet! Come and join in the celebration of the next turning of the wheel. 13 Magickal Moons is hosting an Open Ostara Ritual on Wednesday March 17 at 7:30pm during Tea Nite. Join us for an evening of magick and mystery! Bring a dish to share and be sure to dress accordingly for the weather!!!

6 Week Intermediate Tarot Course - Starts April 19, 2010
13 Magickal Moons/TWC  is proud to announce the new 6 week Intermediate Tarot Course, taught by HHPiT John Marani.  This course will be taught on Monday evenings from 7 to 9 at 13 Magickal Moons. 

Seating for this course is limited and sign ups will be taken of a first come, first serve basis.  If you need either the book or the Rider Waite tarot deck, please let me know when you sign up.

Prerequisite for attending the Intermediate Tarot Course:         

  • Attended the 5 week TWC tarot course
  • TWC Tarot Workbook
  • Rider Waite Smith (RWS) Tarot Deck
  • Tarot Made Easy by Nancy Garen (no subsitutions)

Objectives:           

  • To provide more in-depth information about all 78 tarot cards
  • To give students the opportunity to reinforce their tarot reading skills

  • Monday, May 3 – Week 3 of 6 ($15)

Tea Night
Wednesday evenings from 6-9

Since the founding of 13 Magickal Moons in the fall of 2004, our Wednesday night Tea Night has been a lasting tradition.  This is a great way to:
  • Browse 13 Magickal Moons at your leisure and ask the helpful store staff for recommendations of products for your specific needs
  • Meet local Witches and Pagans
  • Get advice on spiritual and metaphysical topics and techniques, like spellwork, herbalism, astrology, and divination
  • Receive a tarot reading from 13 Magickal Moon’s tarot reader, “JohnnieTwoBrows” (check the store’s website for dates and times)
  • Participate in our open Sabbat rituals on major Wiccan holidays 
No matter what your spiritual path is, everyone is welcome to join in an evening of shopping, food, and great conversation, every Wednesday night from 6:00-9:00pm. So pick up some of your favorite snack to share and come join the fun!

Directions: Exit 160 for Occoquan off I-95 and then north on Gordon Blvd/Rte 123 to Commerce Street. If you cross over the the Lorton Bridge then you've gone to far!
